The Lake Chelan Health celebrated the new hospital ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, October 15, 2023. It was a momentous occasion, decades in the making, and moving forward with YOU, our community, supporting a building bond in April 2017. Then began thousands of meetings, planning, coordinating and collaborating with contractors Bouten Construction, countless decisions by Lake Chelan Health Board of Commissioners, and countless hours of input and planning from hospital caregivers and staff. The new hospital design is flexible, multi-purpose, and beautiful.

The hospital is “open for business” on Monday, December 5, 2022.
